Evening events

Cocktail party
On the evening of Sunday October 14th, we are arranging an informal pre-conference cocktail party in one of the function rooms at the Hyatt. This will serve as starting point for the conference and is an ideal opportunity to meet and greet the other participants. We will gather in the Harborside Room at 6 pm for a casual drink and some hors d'oeuvres.

Gala dinner
On the evening of Monday the 15th, we will be hosting the traditional MA gala dinner at a venue which will be revealed upon arrival at the conference.


Any travel companions are welcome to partake in the evening events - simply tick the appropriate boxes on the registration form.
