The Mobitex Association, the worldwide network and forum for the Mobitex industry, will be hosting its annual international conference in Beijing, China, on October 6-7, 2008.

The decision to host the conference in this exciting location has been made taking into account the recent development of market opportunities in the People's Republic of China and the associated opening of a Mobitex representative office there.

In addition to the networking activities and seminars we will arrange a number of social activities and entertainment in and around Beijing, extending the event to a total of five days. Read more about this on the Agenda page.

Important visa information:
Due to recent restrictions in visa regulations for China, we strongly advise delegates to sign up as early as possible. Upon registration you will receive a formal letter of invitation from Mobitex China along with a confirmation from the hotel. These two documents, as well as return travel tickets, will need to be presented when applying for a visa at your local Chinese embassy.

The conference fee per delegate is USD 500 (USD 250 for any additional delegates from the same company) and is paid by invoice upon registration. Members of the Mobitex Association and their corporate guests attend for free.
